Before joining fit4force I was regularly running and although I felt fairly fit I was lacking in core and overall strength. The sessions have improved my overall fitness and strength, I also feel more toned. Andrea is excellent at leading the sessions they are always fun, each week is varied and hard work, Andrea always keeps you motivated.
After each session I always feel a great sense of achievement.
Since joining fit4force I have run numerous half marathons and full marathons and believe I wouldn’t have achieved this without the help of these sessions.

I started attending Fit4Force boot camp classes after gaining a lot of weight during my second pregnancy and wanting to regain control of both my body and my fitness in general. I was looking for a varied, interesting class that would keep my interest but similarly allow me to work at my own pace and increase the intensity as my fitness increased. The classes, which Andrea delivers, do exactly that. No two classes are the same, which means that you are never bored with the format and, equally, your body never gets used to the same routine.
The classes are suitable for everyone – you simply work at your own level, in a completely friendly and inclusive environment. These classes have undoubtedly enabled me to continue to increase my fitness over the 4 years that I have now been attending. In this time, I have lost a substantial amount of weight and managed to keep (most of) it off. The fitness, which I have gained through the Fit4Force classes, has given me the confidence to start running and I have now completed a number of 10k races – something I would never have done before starting with Fit4Force.
These classes have enabled me to regain an enjoyment of exercise, manage my weight and increase my fitness – all of which help me to keep healthy, both mentally and physically.”

I started running with my local running club just over 3 years ago. I started progressing well but found that after a year or so I seemed to plateau with my overall performance. I spoke with Andrea about this and she advised that some sort of resistance or high intensity training would be beneficial, and so I started boot camp training with Fit 4 Force. I was astonished at how quickly I started to notice a difference; my body shape changed and I became more toned all over, my running speed improved and I noticed a massive improvement in my overall endurance whilst running.
Andrea’s classes are inclusive of all ages and fitness levels, and there are always variations on each activity to cater for different levels of performance and ability. Andrea’s wicked sense of humour makes the classes fun and enjoyable, but at the same time providing a good workout for everyone. Every class is different and you never know what to expect, but one constant is that you always know you’ve worked hard at the end!! I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a change from their current training routine, or wants to start exercising.

I started at Fit4Force over 7 years ago having been a serial failed gym member. Before the first session I was rather apprehensive as I wasn’t sure what to expect but the apprehension soon evaporated with the sweat as we were put through our paces!
The sessions are fun, always different and work different body parts with us working on all aspects of strength & conditioning. There are always different intensity options so if you are unfit or have a minor injury (or are hungover or have had a bad day), you can go easy and gradually build your fitness to a higher level. As it’s a group activity there is always plenty of encouragement, lots of competition but mainly lots of fun……and usually burpees!
